2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through this website. By placing an order, the user fully accepts these terms.

3. Products

The products we sell are cut vinyl stickers and decals, manufactured on demand according to the design, size and colour selected by the customer. As products manufactured to the consumer's specifications, they are considered custom-made products.

4. Intellectual property and trademark responsibility

Customers who submit a design for reproduction declare that they are the intellectual property rights holder or have obtained authorisation from the rights holder. Pegame acts exclusively as the manufacturer of the physical medium and assumes no responsibility for the ownership of designs provided by the customer.

Designs reproducing third-party trademarks or logos are only manufactured upon the customer's express declaration that they have the rights holder's authorisation or that the use is strictly personal and non-commercial. Pegame does not act as a licensee or intermediary of any third-party brand.

  • Purchasing a product featuring a registered trademark or logo does not imply authorisation for its commercial use.
  • Responsibility for the use of products featuring registered trademarks lies entirely with the buyer.
  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pegame against any claim, damage or expense (including legal fees) arising from an infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights caused by the design provided by the customer.

Third-party brand designs shown in the catalogue are included for illustrative and reference purposes only. Said trademarks belong to their respective owners. Upon any claim from a rights holder, Pegame reserves the right to remove the design from the catalogue and cancel related pending orders.

5. Prices and taxes

  • All prices shown on the website include applicable VAT (21%), except in the case of typographical errors.
  • Pegame reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

6. Shipping costs

  • Where applicable, shipping costs will be visible in the shopping cart before payment and will be detailed in the order confirmation email.
  • Shipping costs, if any, are borne by the customer.
  • Shipments are made throughout Spain, including the Canary Islands.
  • We do not ship outside Spain.
  • Pegame is not responsible for customs duties, taxes or other charges that may apply under the legislation of the destination.

7. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: a PayPal account is not required; major credit and debit cards are accepted through their gateway.
  • Stripe: direct payment by credit or debit card.

After completing payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. The order will be processed once payment has been received.

8. Purchase process and delivery times

  1. The customer selects the desired products, size and colour and adds them to the cart.
  2. Reviews the cart, enters shipping details and proceeds to payment.
  3. Receives an order confirmation email.
  4. Pegame manufactures the vinyl decals on demand and ships them.
  • The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 12 business days from payment confirmation. This is an indicative timeframe and may vary due to holidays, high demand or postal service issues. In no case shall delivery exceed 30 calendar days from payment confirmation.
  • Pegame is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the post office within the specified period.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Consumer Protection Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

As our vinyl decals are manufactured on demand according to the design, size and colour chosen by the customer, they are considered custom-made products and are therefore excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in consumer regulations.

10. Returns and complaints

  • If the product received has a manufacturing defect or there has been an order error (wrong item, incorrect size or colour), the customer has 15 calendar days from receipt to report it to info@pegame.es.
  • Pegame will proceed to replace the product or issue a refund, at the customer's choice.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Pegame when the reason is an error attributable to us or a defective product.

11. Legal warranty

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive (EU) 2019/771, products are covered by a legal warranty of 3 years from delivery against defects of conformity.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects that appear during the warranty period.
  • Products that do not match the description or characteristics stated on the website.

Not covered:

  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or use of the vinyl.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use of the product.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions not specified for the product.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with applicable regulations.
