General Terms and Conditions of Sale

2. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through this website. By placing an order, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Products

The products we sell are stickers and cut adhesive vinyl, manufactured on demand according to the design, size and colour selected by the customer. As they are products manufactured to the consumer's specifications, they are considered personalised products.

4. Intellectual property and responsibility regarding trademarks

Any customer submitting a design for reproduction declares that they hold the intellectual property rights or have the authorisation of the rights holder. Pegame acts exclusively as the manufacturer of the physical medium and assumes no responsibility for the ownership of the designs provided by the customer.

Designs that reproduce third-party trademarks or logos are only manufactured upon the customer's express declaration that they hold the authorisation of the rights holder or that the use is strictly personal and non-commercial. Pegame does not act as a licensee or intermediary of any third-party trademark.

  • The purchase of a product bearing a logo or registered trademark does not imply authorisation for its commercial use.
  • Responsibility for the use of the product bearing registered trademarks lies entirely with the buyer.
  • The customer undertakes to indemnify and hold Pegame harmless against any claim, damage or expense (including legal fees) arising from an infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights caused by the design provided by the customer.

Third-party trademark designs shown in the catalogue are included for illustrative and reference purposes only. Such trademarks belong to their respective owners. In the event of any claim by a rights holder, Pegame reserves the right to remove the design from the catalogue and cancel related pending orders.

5. Prices and taxes

  • The prices shown on the website include the applicable VAT (21%), except in the case of a typographical error.
  • Pegame reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

6. Shipping costs

  • Where applicable, the amount of the shipping costs will be visible in the shopping cart before payment and will be detailed in the order confirmation email.
  • Shipping costs, if any, are borne by the customer.
  • Shipments are made to all of Spain, including the Canary Islands.
  • No shipments are made outside Spain.
  • Pegame is not responsible for tariffs, customs duties or other charges that may apply under the legislation of the destination country.

7. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: a PayPal account is not required; the main credit and debit cards are accepted through its gateway.
  • Stripe: direct payment by credit or debit card.

After completing payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. The order will be processed once payment has been made effective.

8. Purchase process and delivery times

  1. The customer selects the desired products, size and colour and adds them to the cart.
  2. Reviews the cart, enters their shipping details and proceeds to payment.
  3. Receives an order confirmation email.
  4. Pegame manufactures the vinyl on demand and ships it.
  • The estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 8 working days from payment confirmation. This time frame is indicative and may vary due to public holidays, high demand or postal service incidents. It will in no case exceed 30 calendar days from payment confirmation.
  • Pegame is not responsible for delivery incidents caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer or by failure to collect the parcel at the post office within the stated period.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Since our vinyl is manufactured on demand according to the design, size and colour chosen by the customer, it is considered a personalised product and is therefore excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in consumer regulations.

10. Returns and complaints

  • If the product received has a manufacturing defect or there has been an error in the order (wrong item, incorrect size or colour), the customer has a period of 15 calendar days from receipt to report it to info@pegame.es.
  • Pegame will proceed with the replacement of the product or a refund, at the customer's choice.
  • Return costs will be borne by Pegame when the reason is an error attributable to us or a defective product.

11. Legal guarantee

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive (EU) 2019/771, the products come with a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery against lack of conformity.

This guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects that appear during the guarantee period.
  • Products that do not match the description or the characteristics indicated on the website.

Not covered:

  • Damage arising from incorrect installation or use of the vinyl.
  • Normal wear from regular use of the product.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions not indicated for the product.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
